شرکت آوا اسپیکو صنعت به‌عنوان یکی از شرکت‌های معتبر در زمینه مهندسی و اجرای پروژه‌های صنعتی، همکاری نزدیکی با شرکت مهندسی و توسعه نفت (PEDEC) داشته است. در این همکاری، مسئولیت برنامه‌نویسی سیستم کنترل SUPCON به عهده آوا اسپیکو صنعت بوده است.
Scope of Work
- Design & Engineering: Detailed engineering of the integrated systems, ensuring all technical requirements meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Prototyping & Fabrication: Manufacturing and assembling all necessary hardware and control panels, ready for integration with field devices.
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) & Integrated FAT (IFAT): Complete system testing at our facilities to ensure operational integrity before on-site installation.
- Installation & Commissioning: Installing the ICSS package on-site, including field devices, control panels, and system integration, awaiting the final commissioning phase.

The ICSS package is designed to integrate various critical systems to ensure safe and efficient operations across multiple sites. This includes the Process Control System (PCS), Emergency Shutdown System (ESD),Fire and Gas System (FGS), Operator Training Simulator (OTS),Maintenance Management System (MMS), Corrosion and Integrity Management System (CIMS),Hazardous Area Control System (HACS), Leak Detection System (LDS), and High Integrity Pressure Protection System (HIPPS).
