Temperature sensors

Temperature sensors are key tools in temperature monitoring and control in many industries, and the correct selection of these sensors can have a great impact on the efficiency and quality of processes. At Ava Espikoo Sanat Co., Ltd., we proudly design and manufacture a wide range of temperature sensors that include various types of thermocouples and RTDs (Resistance Temperature Sensors). These products are specially optimized for applications that require high precision and stable performance.

1. Thermocouples

Thermocouples are temperature sensors that operate based on thermodynamic principles and consist of two different metals that are joined together at one point. The temperature difference at the junction of two metals creates a voltage that is directly related to temperature. Thermocouples are used in many industries due to their wide temperature range and resistant structure.
The types of thermocouples are mentioned below.
– Type K thermocouple
Features: temperature range from -200 to 1260 degrees Celsius, high resistance to oxidation.
Applications: metal, chemical industries, power plants and heating and cooling systems.
_ J type thermocouple
Features: temperature range from -40 to 750 degrees Celsius, high voltage output, more sensitivity.
Applications: Plastic, food, and medium temperature applications.
T type thermocouple
Features: temperature range from -200 to 350°C, high accuracy at low temperatures, good resistance to humidity.
Applications: refrigeration, pharmaceutical and laboratory industries.
_ Type E thermocouple
Features: temperature range from -200 to 900°C, highest voltage output, oxidation resistance.
Applications: vacuum environments, high precision and sensitive applications.
N type thermocouple
Features: temperature range from -200 to 1300 degrees Celsius, high stability at high temperatures.
Applications: nuclear industries, industrial furnaces, very high temperature environments.
S type thermocouple
Features: temperature range from 0 to 1450 degrees Celsius, high stability and accuracy.
Applications: glass making industries, ceramics, precious metals.
_ R type thermocouple
Features: Same as Type S, but slightly more sensitive.
Features: Same as Type S, but slightly more sensitive.
_ Type B thermocouple
Features: temperature range from 0 to 1700 degrees Celsius, exceptional resistance at very high temperatures.
Applications: glass industries, precious metals, induction furnaces.
RTDs work based on changes in electrical resistance of materials with temperature. These sensors are specially designed for accurate temperature measurement in different ranges and sensitive applications.
– PT100 type RTD
Features: 100 Ohm resistance at 0°C, high accuracy and stability, temperature range from -200°C to 850°C.
Applications: pharmaceutical, petrochemical, precise temperature control systems.
– PT500 type RTD
Features: 500 Ohm resistance at 0°C, higher accuracy and sensitivity.
Applications: advanced control systems and precision manufacturing processes.
– PT1000 type RTD
Features: 1000 Ohm resistance at 0°C, suitable for high temperatures and accurate measurements.
Applications: temperature measurement in environments with extreme temperature changes, electronic and industrial systems.
